Frank Nagle
Managing Director

Frank Nagle started his career in Real Estate when he took a job in the Property Management Department of Kay & Burton in South Yarra. He was employed by and mentored by one of Melbourne’s most progressive and prominent agents Gerald Delaney. “Gerald taught me the fundamentals of real estate……. never be late, prepare and dress to impress” He spent 5 years with Kay & Burton, working 7 days a week selling units in the South Yarra and Prahran area!

Frank then decided he needed a change and an old family friend suggested he try Commercial Real Estate.

“I was told to go and see Maurie Burrows the Head of Agency at Baillieu Knight Frank, which I did and he subsequently offered me a job in the Industrial Division. This led to 13 years at Knight Frank, where he worked in both City Sales and Shopping Centres.

Frank then decided he wanted his own business and bought a share of Biggin & Scott Commercial with one of Melbourne’s great real estate stories, Kevin Biggin. Out of this partnership came Biggin & Scott Land when Kevin introduced him to some of his farmer clients, the Clements brothers of South Morang.

As they say, the rest is history. We sold the Clements family’s farm for $16.5million in 1999, and just this week sold their old neighbours land for $142 million.

B&S Land as we are now known, have sold $8.2 Billion dollars’ worth of land throughout Australia and are proud of our reputation and status as Australia’s best land agent.

Andrew is a partner and director of B&S Land with a career spanning over 20 years. He has negotiated some of the most notable englobo land development site sales across Victoria and Australia acting for private landowners, ASX listed land developers and international buying groups.

Andrew excels at building long term relationships with all clients and has developed an extensive national and international client database within the property development industry.

Whilst Andrew’s superior knowledge and experience in the Melbourne growth corridors market is a key strength, he keeps B&S Land at the forefront of industrywide marketing strategies and campaigns using various media under the watchful eyes of local and international buyers.

Callum Williamson
Sales Manager

Following completion of an Economics & Finance degree at RMIT University, Callum began his Real Estate education at Colliers International in the Development Site Sales Team. After a sojourn in California, Callum returned to Melbourne to join B&S Land as a Sales Manager, specialising in englobo land sales across metropolitan Melbourne.
