He knows how to extract maximum value via sound advice on the planning aspects, servicing time lines and is able to accurately assess potential lot yield and uses to provide a contemporary value estimate and marketing methods.
Frank created Biggin & Scott Land for the sole purpose of marketing and selling engloblo land. For this reason, Biggin & Scott Land prides itself on its commitment to act in their Vendor’s best interests with no financial interest in who buys, nor any financial interest in the retail sale of land subdivisions.
Clients include the Victorian State Government, Gibson Property Corporation, MAB Corporation, Satterley Property, Peet Ltd, Dahua Australia and Artemis, numerous private groups and international buyers.
Since its inception 15 years ago, Frank and his team have transacted over $4 Billion dollars in development land sales. In the first six months of 2018, Biggin & Scott Land has handled the marketing and sale of more than $500 million in land sales via 6 transactions setting a new benchmark of $2 million per hectare.

Andrew joined Biggin & Scott Land over 10 years ago as Sales and Marketing Director, where as a fully licensed agent, he has focused his commercial skills in negotiating some of the most notable englobo land development site sales across Victoria. He has acted for private landowners, ASX listed land developers and international buying groups.
Andrew excels at building long term relationships with all clients and has developed an extensive national and international client database within the property development industry.
This has resulted in many record breaking Victorian land sales including the sale to Dahua Australia for $206 million of two major land parcels in Point Cook in 2017, he was also involved in two recent landmark sales in 2018 being “Deloraine” in Beveridge for $220 million and “Smiths Lane” in Clyde North for $180 million.
Whilst Andrew’s superior knowledge and experience in the Melbourne growth corridors market is a key strength, he keeps Biggin & Scott Land at the forefront of industrywide marketing strategies and campaigns using various media under the watchful eyes of local and international buyers.
Following completion of an Economics & Finance degree at RMIT University, Callum began his Real Estate education at Colliers International in the Development Site Sales Team (1.5 years). After a sojourn in California, Callum returned to Melbourne to join Biggin & Scott Land as a Sales Manager, specialising in enlgobo land sales across metropolitan Melbourne.
Stevens passion for property stems from his well rounded experience in various facets of the industry. Steven has completed a Planning Degree and Masters of Property at RMIT University, during his Masters he gained valuable experience in Urban Design whilst working in Mexico City as well as some time spent on Property & Urbanism in South America.
In the last few years he has acquired excellent local government Town Planning experience whilst working at at the City of Boorondara and the City of Melbourne before joining with Biggin & Scott Land. Steven will focus on englobo land sales throughout the Western Growth Corridor and Greater Geelong area.
