Aspiring young Rich Lister Michael Goldthorp is selling a $30 million permit-ready residential development site in Melbourne’s south-east after raking in $190 million in December from the sale of Point Cook site to Chinese developer Dahua.

The 30-hectare site, known as Botanic Drive , is adjacent to the Cranbourne Royal Botanic Gardens and has approval for 311 lots.

Mr Goldthorp, the managing director of land developer Wolfdene, decided to offload the site after receiving a number of unsolicited offers.
