Our History

2000 - Biggin & Scott Land formed

Biggin & Scott Land was founded when Managing Director, Frank Nagle, saw a need to provide landholders with a comprehensive approach to extract maximum value via sound advice on planning aspects, servicing time lines and the attainment of development status, along with appropriate marketing methods.

2007

A private, invitation only tender was extended to the major industry players in the sub-divisional land industry, resulting in three unconditional contracts of sale totalling $104 million for 127Ha*

2010

Biggin & Scott Land sell 62 hectares (600 lots) in Wollert for $31.5 million to Stockland.

2011

The largest land offering in Victoria and the first seeking a strategic partnership.

2013

Biggin & Scott Land sell the Satterley Property Group 125 hectares (2000 lots) of land in Werribee site for $103 million on behalf of the Victorian State Government.

2015

Biggin & Scott Land achieved an industry milestone with over $1 billion in land sales for the year.

2016

The largest land sale in Victoria, sold via an International EOI campaign with 14 bidders.

2018

Sold for almost $2 million a hectare this sale at circa $180m was an outstanding result for the South East corridor.

Today

Biggin & Scott Land has now transacted over $4.1 billion dollars in development land sales.
