Biggin & Scott Land is an independent franchise within the Biggin & Scott Group.

The company was created by Frank Nagle & Kevin Biggin.

Kevin Biggin is the founder of the Biggin & Scott business some 50 years ago.

The firm now has over 25 offices, employs some 350 people and generates $6 billion in property sales.

Biggin & Scott Land specialises solely in the sale of large residential land sites (englobo land).Our clients know that we provide absolute commitment to the successful sale of their land and because we do not retail land subdivisions, we have no conflict of interest – and achieve outstanding results!

Our clients know that we act in their best interest and they feel very comfortable knowing we are with them along the journey.

Frank and his team at Biggin & Scott Land, have a second-to-none understanding of land, particularly the workings of Urban Growth Zoning (UGZ), Precinct Structure Plan’s (PSP), Green Wedge Zone (GWZ), englobo, infill land and their particular and peculiar uses.  We are able to accurately assess potential lot yield and uses, and provide you with an accurate value estimate.

The beauty of land is that we can use our skills and the science behind the planning and infrastructure process, to assess it.

Our international client-base, knowledge, research and active involvement with industry groups such as UDIA (Urban Development Institute) ensures that we are always up to date with government planning policies, industry practices and more importantly recent land sale values and who is buying.

Our History

  • 2000

    Biggin & Scott Land formed

    Biggin & Scott Land was founded when Managing Director, Frank Nagle, saw a need to provide landholders with a comprehensive approach to extract maximum value via sound advice on planning aspects, servicing time lines and the attainment of development status, along with appropriate marketing methods.

  • 2010

    Biggin & Scott Land sell 62 hectares (600 lots) in Wollert for $31.5 million to Stockland.

  • 2011

    The largest land parcel in Victoria, offered with 283 hectare (4000 lots) residential.

  • 2013

    Biggin & Scott Land sell the Satterley Property Group 125 hectare (2000 lots) Werribee site for $103 million on behalf of the Victorian State Government.

  • 2015

    Biggin & Scott Land reached over $1 billion in land sales.

  • 2016

    The Dahua Group purchase 103-hectare site at 50a Hacketts Road in Point Cook, for $190 million.

  • 2017

    Biggin & Scott Land has now transacted over $3 billion dollars in development land sales since its inception.
