Frank has a wealth of experience in real estate and a second-to-none understanding of land, particularly the workings of Urban Growth Zoning (UGZ), Precinct Structure Plan’s (PSP), Green Wedge Zone (GWZ), englobo, infill land and their particular and peculiar uses. He is able to accurately assess potential lot yield and uses, thus give a contemporary value estimate.
Frank’s firm, Biggin & Scott Land, knows how to extract maximum value via sound advice on the planning aspects, servicing time lines and the elevation of value via the attainment of development status and appropriate marketing methods.
Throughout 2016, Biggin & Scott Land handled the offering and sale of more than $758,000,000 million in land sales via 11 transactions. This included the largest land sale in Australia to the Dahua Group in Point Cook, for circa $370 million. This transaction set a new benchmark of $2 million per hectare.
Biggin & Scott Land prides itself on its long standing commitment to act in the best interests of their Vendors. The company is able to give this commitment to their Vendors as it has no interest in who buys, nor in the retail of land subdivisions.
Clients include the Victorian State Government, Gibson Property Corporation, MAB Corporation, Satterley Property, Peet Ltd, and numerous private groups and international buyers.
The firm has now transacted over $3 Billion dollars in development land sales since its inception 10 years ago. These sales have ranged from land in both Metropolitan and Regional areas including:
Point Cook $190,000,000
“The beauty of land is that we can use our skills and the science behind the planning and infrastructure process, to assess it in Cobram just as well as we can assess it in Point Cook”.
